Network - Plugged directly into the backbone of the internet, every server enjoys a fully redundant connection so our customers never experience slow-down or service interruptions. Furthermore, regular load tests and inspections are routine to minimise downtime.

Security - Security is paramount to our operation. Because of this, our site benefits from a high-tech CCTV and access control system. Full proximity card access protects the outer perimeter whilst the addition of biometric security protects the inner server and control areas.

Cooling - Dedicated HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Cooling) systems are in place to keep all equipment at its optimum temperature. A constant circulation of air reduces hot spots and increases hardware life; therefore reducing the risk of hardware failure.

Power - A number of specialist power lines feed our data centre directly. The power is conditioned through our UPS backup systems before being fed to each server. In the unlikely event of a power cut or surge, your server is guaranteed to stay online.

Hardware - We only use carefully selected hardware from top brands renowned for their reliability and power. By using a specific set of hardware our technicians are able to familiarise themselves with the equipment and eliminate problems before they occur.
